King's Park Bluff

Jinx Thinks: 

I officially love the beach. The park was fun to romp in for a bit, but the bluff area was my favorite part of this walk. There were so many smells, water (my favorite), rocks to climb on and around, and plenty of other pups to play with. I also love to carry clam shells around.

Our Thoughts:

The bluff is absolutely gorgeous, we would definitely return. We actually ended up here after checking out the Sunken Meadow dog trail nearby, based on a recommendation from one of our dog park friends! There were lots of other dogs, plenty of friendly people, and the scenery can’t be beat. From the upper parking lot, there is a trail that starts out very steep, but when you get to the top is wide and flat, with amazing views. We like to walk that for a while before heading down to the beach! The beach was nice and clean, and there’s plenty of room to walk, giving your dog a nice workout in the sand! There’s plenty of room to explore, Jinx love going in the water here.

• Know Before You Go: Dogs are allowed here seasonally. Park police are pretty lenient unless the park is very busy, always a good idea to check before you venture over.
• Know Before You Go: Especially in the off season, you will most likely encounter off leash dogs
