Named after the foaming cascade formed by Buttermilk Creek as it flows down the steep valley toward Cayuga Lake. There is a small lake in the upper park, with trails through woodlands along the gorge and rim. The lower park has a campground (dog friendly), and natural pool. Larch Meadows is also in the lower park, and features a nature trail.
