This 8 acre parcel was an ExxonMobil petroleum fuel distribution terminal until 2003. After the storage tanks and buildings were removed and the property was remediated, it was donated to the North Shore Land Alliance. The preserve features grasslands, salt marsh, and a beautiful shoreline.
